GOOD HEALTH AND PROPER NUTRITION


Nutrition is a process that involves the breakdown of foods and other substances in the mouth, useful in the delivery of body energy. Practicing healthy diet can lead to avoidance of both the known and unknown health issues.

Proper nutrition is one of the most elements to being healthy and living a long life. People deal with food everyday and it has been a part of life so it’s important to check and see what we eat so we can be  departed to illnesses  and diseases.
In the connection of the theme “Kumain ng wasto at mging Aktibo… Push natin to” says that we should promote it and apply in our daily life. Proper or healthy diet helps people to maintain and improve their good health. It also makes them active and help them in doing physical activities.

Good health means you need to eat the foods that has good benefits in your body so it’s important to eat in a proper way and we should also have some regular exercise daily to maintain balanced diet and healthy body.
